PHP Class yii\caching\ChainedDependency
When [[dependOnAll]] is true, if any of the dependencies has changed, this dependency is
considered changed; When [[dependOnAll]] is false, if one of the dependencies has NOT changed,
this dependency is considered NOT changed.
